By Sam Milner

Everyone knows that crockpot pulled pork is a traditional recipe from the US. However, this recipe differs from one region to another. People from all around the world have created their own versions, including pulled pork pizza, burritos, nachos, egg rolls, and salads. Pork shoulder can be cooked in a multitude of ways. You can use lots of different spices, vegetables, and sauces to prepare completely unique recipes.

Here are a few crockpot pulled pork recipes that you should try:

Pulled pork and creamed beans - This recipe has its origins in the UK. Prepare the pork in a slow cooker. Add olive oil, fennel seeds, chicken stock, and rosemary. Take a skillet pan and add butter. Saut the beans, garlic, onions, shallots, and chicken stock. Bring to the boil and mix all ingredients. Shred the meat into small pieces and serve with beans.

Espresso-maple pulled pork and egg burritos - For the rub, you need ground espresso, chili powder, brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, and salt. The sauce is made with maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, brewed espresso, ground mustard, and hot sauce. You will also need a few large eggs, boneless pulled pork, Mexican cheese, and flour tortillas. Rub the mixture over all sides of the meat, refrigerate overnight, and then cook the pork in a crock pot.

The sauce should be boiled in a separate pot and then transferred to a large bowl. Add the shredded pork; make sure it's covered with sauce. Meanwhile, prepare the eggs in a pan for a few minutes. Fill your tortilla with pulled pork, eggs, and cheese. Serve hot.

Spicy pulled pork nachos - If you have any crockpot pulled pork leftovers, try this simple recipe. You need homemade tortilla chips, smoked cheddar cheese, spices, and pork. Add small pieces of meat over your tortilla chips. Top with grated cheese and spices. Put everything in the oven foe 10 minutes.
